1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the PuntMate mobile application ("App", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 18 and over who are legally permitted to engage with sports betting information in their jurisdiction. By using the App, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Description of Service

PuntMate is an odds-comparison and bet-tracking tool. It allows you to:

PuntMate is not a bookmaker, gambling operator, or betting exchange. We do not accept wagers, hold customer funds, or facilitate any gambling transaction. All bets you place are made directly with the relevant third-party bookmaker, subject to that bookmaker's own terms and conditions.

4. No Betting or Financial Advice

Information displayed in the App — including odds, statistics, and historical data — is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute betting, financial, or professional advice. Odds and other data are sourced from third parties and may be inaccurate, delayed, or out of date. Always confirm current odds and terms directly with your bookmaker before placing a bet.

5. AI Bet Slip Scanning

The App offers a feature that uses artificial intelligence to detect bet details (such as selections, odds, and stakes) from screenshots you provide. This feature is provided on a best-effort basis and may misread or omit information. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all detected details before saving them to your bet history.

6. Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription, billed and managed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device. Free trials, where offered, convert automatically to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment card details.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the App lawfully and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or interfere with its operation. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make and for complying with the gambling laws applicable to you.

8. Responsible Gambling

Gambling can be harmful if not done responsibly. PuntMate is a tool to help you make informed decisions, not an encouragement to gamble. If you or someone you know needs support, contact the National Gambling Helpline on 1800 858 858 (Australia), available 24/7.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by PuntMate and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Bookmaker names, logos, and odds remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison purposes only.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of odds, statistics, or any other data displayed in the App.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PuntMate and its developer are not liable for any losses (including betting losses) arising from your use of, or reliance on, information provided in the App.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
